This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by Atuiqe in its capacity as an event producer, promoter, operator, organizer, manager, consultant, and service provider. Depending on the nature of the Services provided and the specific relationship involved, Atuiqe may act as a data controller, joint controller, service provider, processor, or similar role, as those terms are defined under applicable privacy, data protection, and consumer protection laws.
Where Atuiqe acts as a service provider or processor on behalf of another party — including, without limitation, venues, co-hosts, municipalities, universities, sponsors, licensors, promoters, or other Event partners — Atuiqe processes personal information solely in accordance with applicable written agreements, documented instructions, and legal requirements, and does not use such information for its own independent purposes except as expressly permitted by law or contract.
Third-party platforms and partners (including ticketing providers, payment processors, venues, social media platforms, advertisers, sponsors, exhibitors, and vendors) operate independently from Atuiqe and maintain their own privacy, security, and data-handling practices. Atuiqe does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, or data practices of any third party, even where such third party is linked to, integrated with, or otherwise associated with the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, purchasing or using a ticket, registering for an Event, submitting information, or attending an Event, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, sharing, retention, and processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Atuiqe may collect, receive, or otherwise process personal information through a variety of sources and interactions, including information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information received from third parties.
A. Information You Provide Voluntarily or Through Participation
Depending on your interaction with the Services or an Event, you may voluntarily provide personal information, including but not limited to:
Identifiers and Contact Information
Full name, email address, telephone number, mailing address (if provided), organization, employer, affiliation, role, and other identifying or contact details you choose to submit.
Ticketing, Order, and Transaction Information
Ticket type, quantity, pricing tier, seat or access level, order numbers, timestamps, payment confirmation indicators, promo codes, upgrades, add-ons, refunds (if applicable), customer service interactions, dispute or chargeback indicators, and attendance or entry verification.
Waitlists, RSVPs, and Interest Forms
Contact information, preferences, demographic or interest indicators, and expressed interest in current or future Events, programs, or offerings.
Accessibility and Accommodation Requests
Information reasonably necessary to evaluate and provide accessibility accommodations. Atuiqe strongly discourages the submission of medical diagnoses or detailed health records unless legally required.
Communications and User-Initiated Content
Emails, messages, feedback, surveys, reviews, inquiries, complaints, reports, incident submissions, and any other information you voluntarily provide in communications with Atuiqe.
Onsite and Operational Information
Check-in confirmations, credential or badge class, wristband or badge scans, access level logs, re-entry scans, crowd-management data, incident reports, safety or security notes, and communications or observations arising from onsite interactions before, during, or after an Event.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Atuiqe is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you interact with the Services, Atuiqe and its service providers may automatically collect certain information using cookies, logs, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies, including:
Device and Technical Information
IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, language settings, time zone, and approximate geographic location inferred from IP address.
Usage and Interaction Information

Atuiqe does not intentionally collect precise GPS location data unless you expressly authorize a third-party service to do so.

Providing aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified insights to sponsors, partners, or stakeholders
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time; however, you cannot opt out of operational, transactional, or safety-related communications that are necessary to fulfill tickets, manage attendance, or protect Event operations.

Atuiqe does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atuiqe may disclose, transfer, share, license, sublicense, make available, or otherwise permit access to personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, whether on a one-time, recurring, or continuous basis, and whether directly or indirectly, for legitimate business, operational, commercial, analytical, safety, security, compliance, and marketing or promotional purposes in connection with Events, co-hosted or jointly produced Events, related offerings, and future events, programs, or initiatives.

B. Venues, Promoters, Licensors, and Event Partners
Atuiqe may disclose limited personal information to venues, promoters, licensors, tour operators, co-producers, universities, municipalities, governmental entities, or other Event partners as reasonably necessary to facilitate:
Ticket validation, entry control, credential issuance, and access management
Crowd management, capacity planning, safety and emergency response
Compliance with venue rules, permits, insurance requirements, and applicable laws
Operational coordination, load-in/load-out, staffing, and post-Event reconciliation
Incident response, investigations, and documentation
Disclosures under this section are limited to information that Atuiqe determines, in its sole discretion, is appropriate and necessary for the applicable Event or operational purpose.
C. Co-Hosts and Jointly Produced Events
For Events that are co-hosted, co-produced, jointly operated, or otherwise presented in collaboration with one or more partners, Atuiqe may disclose and share attendee personal information, including identifiers and contact information (such as name, email address, phone number, ticket details, attendance status, and access level), with such partners for a broad range of purposes, including without limitation:
Event operations and fulfillment
Required, transactional, and operational communications
Jointly produced announcements and Event updates
Marketing, promotional, and informational communications related to the Event
Marketing or promotional communications related to the collaboration
Marketing or promotional communications related to future events, programs, products, or initiatives offered by such co-hosts or partners
Such partners may contact attendees directly using the information shared, subject to applicable law. Atuiqe does not control and is not responsible for how such partners independently use, store, or process personal information once disclosed, except to the extent required by applicable law or contract.
Where required by law, such partners are contractually obligated to provide opt-out or unsubscribe mechanisms and to comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements. Atuiqe expressly disclaims responsibility for any partner’s failure to comply with such obligations.
D. Sponsors, Exhibitors, Advertisers, and Brand Partners
Atuiqe may provide sponsors, exhibitors, advertisers, and brand partners with aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information relating to attendance, engagement, or demographics that does not reasonably identify an individual.
If a sponsor, exhibitor, or brand partner collects personal information directly from you (including through raffles, surveys, QR codes, activations, contests, or mailing list sign-ups), that collection is governed solely by their own privacy policies and practices, and Atuiqe has no responsibility or liability for such collection or subsequent use.
E. Legal, Safety, Compliance, and Rights Protection
Atuiqe may disclose personal information when it determines, in good faith, that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, court orders, or governmental requests
Enforce this Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Event rules, or venue policies
Protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Atuiqe, attendees, staff, vendors, partners, venues, or the public

Atuiqe retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary or advisable to fulfill legitimate business purposes, including Event operations, legal and regulatory compliance, accounting and tax obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, insurance, and enforcement of rights.
Retention periods may vary by Event, data category, and applicable law. Atuiqe may retain aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data indefinitely.
6. DATA SECURITY
Atuiqe implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption where appropriate, credential management, vendor oversight, and internal data-handling policies.
No system is completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atuiqe disclaims any warranty, express or implied, regarding the security of personal information and disclaims liability for unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party actions, force majeure events, or sophisticated attacks.
By using the Services or attending an Event, you knowingly assume these inherent risks.
7. SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Certain personal information may be considered “Sensitive Personal Information” under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). This may include, without limitation, precise geolocation (if collected), government identifiers, biometric information, or information concerning health or accessibility accommodations.
Atuiqe does not collect or process Sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about individuals. Any Sensitive Personal Information voluntarily provided is used solely as reasonably necessary to perform the Services, ensure Event accessibility and safety, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights and safety of attendees and the public.
Where required by law, you may have the right to limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. Requests may be submitted in accordance with Section 8 below.
8. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or information about disclosures, or to opt out of certain marketing communications.
Requests may be submitted to legal@atuiqe.com. Atuiqe may verify your identity and may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, including where information must be retained for legal, security, operational, or contractual purposes.
9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed to children under 13. Atuiqe does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required consent.
10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

No system is completely secure. By using the Services or attending an Event, you knowingly assume these inherent risks.

Atuiqe does not collect or process Sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about individuals. Any Sensitive Personal Information voluntarily provided is used solely as reasonably necessary to perform the Services, ensure Event accessibility and safety, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights and safety of attendees and the public.
Where required by law, you may have the right to limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. Requests may be submitted in accordance with Section 8 below.

Atuiqe, LLC (“Atuiqe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes privacy seriously while producing, promoting, operating, and managing complex, high-volume, and large-scale live events. By accessing or using the Services, purchasing or using a ticket, registering for an Event, submitting information, or attending an Event, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, sharing, retention, and processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

B. Venues, Promoters, Licensors, and Event Partners
Atuiqe may disclose limited personal information to venues, promoters, licensors, tour operators, co-producers, universities, municipalities, governmental entities, or other Event partners as reasonably necessary to facilitate:
Ticket validation, entry control, credential issuance, and access management
Crowd management, capacity planning, safety and emergency response
Compliance with venue rules, permits, insurance requirements, and applicable laws
Operational coordination, load-in/load-out, staffing, and post-Event reconciliation

Disclosures under this section are limited to information that Atuiqe determines, in its sole discretion, is appropriate and necessary for the applicable Event or operational purpose.
C. Co-Hosts and Jointly Produced Events
For Events that are co-hosted, co-produced, jointly operated, or otherwise presented in collaboration with one or more partners, Atuiqe may disclose and share attendee personal information, including identifiers and contact information (such as name, email address, phone number, ticket details, attendance status, and access level), with such partners for a broad range of purposes, including without limitation:
Event operations and fulfillment
Required, transactional, and operational communications
Jointly produced announcements and Event updates
Marketing, promotional, and informational communications related to the Event
Marketing or promotional communications related to the collaboration
Marketing or promotional communications related to future events, programs, products, or initiatives offered by such co-hosts or partners
Such partners may contact attendees directly using the information shared, subject to applicable law. Atuiqe does not control and is not responsible for how such partners independently use, store, or process personal information once disclosed, except to the extent required by applicable law or contract.
Where required by law, such partners are contractually obligated to provide opt-out or unsubscribe mechanisms and to comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements. Atuiqe expressly disclaims responsibility for any partner’s failure to comply with such obligations.
D. Sponsors, Exhibitors, Advertisers, and Brand Partners
Atuiqe may provide sponsors, exhibitors, advertisers, and brand partners with aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information relating to attendance, engagement, or demographics that does not reasonably identify an individual.
If a sponsor, exhibitor, or brand partner collects personal information directly from you (including through raffles, surveys, QR codes, activations, contests, or mailing list sign-ups), that collection is governed solely by their own privacy policies and practices, and Atuiqe has no responsibility or liability for such collection or subsequent use.
E. Legal, Safety, Compliance, and Rights Protection
