If a sponsor, exhibitor, or brand partner directly collects information from you (such as through raffles, surveys, QR codes, activations, or mailing list sign-ups), that collection is governed solely by their own privacy policies, and Atuiqe is not responsible for their practices.

D. Legal, Safety, Compliance, and Rights Protection

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to:

  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, court orders, or lawful government requests

  • Enforce these Terms, Event rules, or venue policies

  • Protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Atuiqe, attendees, staff, vendors, venues, partners, or the public
